Our 18 fully-equipped meeting rooms provide everything you could possibly need. With capacity for group sizes from 10 to 500 and set-ups from conventional boardroom to more creative and collaborative arrangements, we’re confident we can accommodate just about any request or vision.
LYS Indoor ClubÂ
Attention event planners! - It's fresh, it's new, its' LYS! - A striking black-wood winter venue built around a heated club concept. Enjoy a vibrant standing space with a full bar, buffet area, 27 high tables, and 6 cozy lounges. A mezzanine DJ deck and immersive sound system set the perfect mood for unforgettable cold-season events, from festive nights to premium private parties.
LYS - Outdoor
Experience our 150 m² stretch tent, a warm and flexible venue for 40 to 120 guests. With closable sides and both electric and gas heating, it creates a warm, winter-ready atmosphere. Equipped with a bar container and 8 high rectangle tables, this 10 × 15 m space can also be seamlessly combined with LYS indoor for larger, more flexible event concepts.
Meeting Room HIBA
A big space with an even bigger personality! Capacity for up to 500 delegates incredible garden views & stunning nature-inspired decor to get your creative juices flowing. The flexible HIBA room can be split into four parts, H, I, B & A
Meeting Room 12 – 13
Meeting with a view, what else! Discover our brand new meeting spaces. 2 medium size rooms that can be used individually or combined for greater flexibility.
Meeting Room 10 – 11
Quirky space for creative gatherings! Can host up to 180 delegates, with out of the ordinary decor to get you to think creatively!
Meeting Room 8 – 9
With a capacity going up to 40 people in theatre and revigoratiing daylight, rest assured you will be in good hands!
Meeting Room 1 - 7
Brainstorm the futrure! Meeting Rooms 1 to 7 are the smallest meeting rooms. They are bright and adaptable space with strong personality with a maximum space for 12 delegates
